1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided: Aestentic offers a variety of visual branding  and production services. Specific services will be outlined in individual contracts or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials needed for the completion of services. Aestentic is not liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made as outlined in the individual contract or proposal. Aestentic reserves the right to require a deposit before commencing work. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final designs and materials produced by Aestentic. However, Aestentic retains the right to use the work in its portfolio and for self-promotion purposes.

6. Photo Release Consent: Clients grant Aestentic permission to use their images and photographs taken during the service for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the service.

7. Revisions: The number of revisions included in the service package will be specified in the contract or proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Confidentiality: Aestentic agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any details without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability: Aestentic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if there is a breach of these Terms of Service. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to that point.

11. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aestentic operates.

12. Changes to Terms: Aestentic reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
